Why a photobook makes a good gift
Most gifts are chosen in a shop. A photobook is made from the life of the person you are giving it to: the trips, the family lunches, the years they would not think to print. That is what makes it the gift people keep on the shelf rather than in a drawer.
It is also easy to give well. You do not need to design anything: choose the photos, tell us the order, and the book is printed on 200 gsm archival matte paper, case-bound in hardcover and delivered.

How to make a photobook gift
Gather the photos
Ask the family or friends to send their originals into one shared folder. Old printed photos can be scanned or photographed flat in good light.
Choose and order them
By year for a parent, by trip for a friend, by the day for a couple. Keep one favourite for a full page.

Tell us the occasion and the date you need the book by, and choose 26 or 50 pages. We confirm the timing.
Send it straight to them
Give us their address anywhere in Egypt and the book is delivered to them, or collect it yourself at a Tru booth.
Gift photobook tips
- Start early: gathering photos from several people takes longer than you expect.
- Old photos count: a scan or a sharp photo of a printed photo, taken flat and in daylight, can go in the book.
- Mix the eras: a photo from childhood next to one from last year is the page they will stop on.
- Leave out the near-duplicates: one great photo of a moment beats five similar ones.
- For a surprise, have the book delivered to you first, so you can give it yourself.
