Exhibition and conference photo booth in Egypt
A booth on or beside your stand gives visitors a reason to stop, a short wait that opens a conversation, and a branded strip to carry around the hall.

In short
Tru Booth brings a photo booth to exhibition stands, trade fairs, conferences, summits, forums, and university and career fairs in Greater Cairo and Giza, on the North Coast and in El Gouna, with other cities on request. Every strip prints on the spot with your logo and message, and a Tru attendant runs the booth so your stand team can talk to visitors. The booth runs offline on one power outlet. Send your dates, venue, stand location and brief on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form for a quote.
Why a photo booth works on an exhibition stand
An exhibition hall is a long row of stands competing for the same few seconds of attention. A booth changes the question in a visitor’s head: not "what does this company sell?" but "shall we take a photo?". That is an easier yes, and it brings people onto your stand.
What they leave with matters too. A printed strip carries your logo and the visitor’s own face, which is why people keep it. It goes into the bag with the brochures and leaves the hall with them.
At a conference or a summit the rhythm is different: people sit through sessions and move in the breaks. A booth near the coffee area or the registration desk fills those breaks, and the strip carries the event name and date as a souvenir of the day.
What Tru brings to your stand
- Your logo and message on every strip
- Logo, brand colours and a one-line message on a three-frame or four-frame strip, in Arabic, English or both. On request, a bespoke concept design, which can use AI-rendered artwork.
- In hand before they leave the stand
- Each session prints within seconds on 4 × 6 inch photo paper, two strips to a sheet, so visitors walk on with the strip in hand.
- An attendant on the booth
- Before the hall opens, a Tru attendant sets up and tests the booth; during opening hours they guide visitors and keep the printer running, then pack away. Your stand team stays on the conversations.
- No Wi-Fi, one outlet
- A crowded hall’s Wi-Fi does not matter: the booth runs fully offline on one power outlet.
- Two languages on screen
- The guest screen works in Arabic and English, so international delegates and local visitors can follow it on their own.
- Prints for a busy hall
- A standard booking covers up to four hours or 216 prints, whichever comes first, and you can add packs of 108 when the hall is busy.
Closed or open booth on an exhibition stand
Both print your branded strip within seconds. The choice depends on your stand and what you want visitors to do.
| Closed booth (Black or Red) | Open booth | |
|---|---|---|
| What the aisle sees | A closed booth in The Black or The Red; the Red is hard to miss from across the floor | An open set-up where passers-by watch the group in front of the camera |
| How visitors behave | Private inside, so people play instead of posing | In public, so the queue watches and the next group forms |
| Group size | Pairs and small groups of colleagues | Big delegations and whole teams in one frame |
| Space on the stand | About 2 × 2 m, about 2 m tall | Room in front for the group, confirmed for your stand; whatever is behind them shows, so your stand graphics can be the background |
| Best for | Product stands, premium brands, standing out in a busy aisle | Career and university fairs, team photos, big conference crowds |
Strip design ideas for exhibitions and conferences
One clear idea per strip reads best. Ideas to adapt:
- Your logo, the exhibition name and your stand number, so people can find you again.
- The product you are showing at the fair, with one line about it.
- A conference strip with the event name, the date and this edition’s theme.
- A co-branded strip: your logo beside the organiser’s or a partner’s.
- For a career or university fair, your logo with a short hiring line and where to apply.
- Your Instagram handle or a campaign hashtag, so the strip leads back to you after the show.
- An offer line, such as a code to show in your store, if you want to count redemptions later.
Turning the queue into conversations
The wait for the booth is the best moment to talk to people. They have chosen to stay on your stand, and they have a moment to listen. Brief your team to greet the queue, say what you do, and hand over a brochure or a sample while the group ahead finishes.
The booth itself gathers no data from visitors: there is no sign-up form, and nobody is asked for an email or a phone number. If you want leads, your team collects them its own way, with the visitor’s consent, away from the booth.
To look back on the stand afterwards, tell us before the event if you want the final print count and we confirm it, and follow the hashtag or handle you printed on the strip on your own channels.
How booking works
Send the brief
Your dates and opening hours, the venue and city, where your stand sits, how many visitors you expect at the stand, and your brand files, on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form.
Get a quote
We confirm the booth is free and send a clear quote. If the exhibition runs over several days, list every day and we confirm what we can do.
Approve the strip
We design the strip around your logo and message, and you approve it before the event.
Setup before the hall opens
We set up and test before visitors arrive, so check the organiser’s setup hours early.
On the stand, then teardown
Our attendant runs the booth while visitors shoot and take their strips, and packs everything away when the booking ends.
Exhibition and conference photo booth questions
Can the photo booth stand on our exhibition stand?
Yes, if the stand has room: about 2 × 2 metres and about 2 metres of height for the closed booth, one power outlet and access before the hall opens. For the open booth, send your stand plan and we confirm the space.
Does the booth collect visitor emails or leads?
No. The booth takes photos and prints strips, nothing more: no forms, no emails, no phone numbers. Any lead capture is up to your team, with the visitor’s consent.
Can the strip carry our logo and stand number?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom strip design with your logo, your colours and any short line you choose, such as your stand number or a hashtag.
How many prints does an exhibition stand need?
Count the visitors you expect to reach your stand, not everyone in the hall. A standard booking covers up to four hours or 216 prints, whichever comes first, with packs of 108 to add, and our prints guide has a calculator.
Can you cover an exhibition that runs for more than one day?
Send every date and the daily opening hours with your brief, and we confirm what is possible for those dates.
Do you work at exhibition venues outside Cairo?
Yes. Beyond Greater Cairo and Giza, we cover the North Coast and El Gouna, and other cities on request, with transport included in the quote.
Tell us about the night.
Send your date and venue. We reply on WhatsApp with availability, booth options and a quote.
