Tru Booth brings a photo booth to company family days, team-building days, staff appreciation events and sports days, as well as school and club family days, in Greater Cairo and Giza, on the North Coast and in El Gouna, with other cities on request. Every strip prints on the spot with your logo, the event name and the date, and a Tru attendant runs the booth for the whole session, so HR and the organising team stay free. Bookings start with a WhatsApp message or the inquiry form.
Why a photo booth fits a family day
A family day is the one day colleagues meet each other’s families. The booth gives them an easy reason to stand together: a manager with their children, a team with partners and parents, a new hire meeting everyone at once. Each group leaves with its own print.
It works across ages. The guest screen guides each session in Arabic or English, the attendant is close by for anyone who has never used a booth, and the strip is in hand within seconds, which matters when children are waiting their turn.
The strip is also the part of the day that comes home. With your logo and the date on it, it ends up on a fridge or a desk, a small reminder of the day the company invited the family.

- Video messages for the team
- Add The Truth Room and colleagues and their families record short messages inside the booth, for a colleague who is leaving, the founders or the whole team. You receive every clip uncut, in a private cloud folder, within a week.
- Offline, on one outlet
- Club, compound or office, the Wi-Fi does not matter: the booth needs no connection and runs on a single power outlet.

We confirm the booth is free and send a clear quote; for a venue outside Cairo, it includes transport.

Send the logo and the name of the day; you see the strip design and approve it before the event.
Setup before families arrive
The booth is set up and the camera and printer tested before the first family reaches it.
The day, then teardown
Our attendant runs the booth for the whole session and packs everything away. If you added The Truth Room, the clips reach you within a week.

Is a photo booth suitable for children at a family day?
Yes. The guest screen guides each session in Arabic or English and a Tru attendant helps anyone who needs it, so children can step in with their parents.
Can every family member take a strip home?
Each print carries two strips, so for a family of four, two copies per session would give everyone one. Ask for it when you book and we confirm what is possible.
Can the booth carry our company logo?
Yes. Your logo goes on every strip, with your colours, the name of the day and the date, as part of the custom design included in every booking.
Can the booth be set up outdoors at a club or compound?
It needs one power outlet, a visible spot and access before guests arrive. Tell us about the lawn or garden and we confirm whether it works.
How many prints does a family day need?
It depends on how many people attend and how many step in together. The standard booking includes up to 216 prints or four hours, whichever comes first, and extra packs of 108 can be added. To estimate it, use the calculator in our prints guide.
Do you bring the booth to team-building days outside Cairo?
Yes. Inside Greater Cairo and Giza it is our regular area, and team days on the North Coast, in El Gouna or in other cities on request are quoted with transport included.
