Ramadan and Eid photo booth for iftar, suhoor and Eid gatherings

Ramadan brings people to the same table night after night. A booth by the tent gives every family, friend group and team a printed strip to take home after iftar or suhoor.

In short

Tru Booth rents a photo booth for Ramadan in Cairo, Giza, the North Coast and El Gouna: Ramadan tents, family and friends’ iftars and suhoors, company iftar and suhoor events, and Eid parties. Every strip prints on the spot with a custom design (a Ramadan or Eid theme, your names, or your company logo), and a Tru attendant runs the booth from setup to teardown. A standard booking covers up to four hours or 216 prints, whichever comes first, and the booth runs fully offline. Bookings are made by WhatsApp or through the inquiry form.

Why a photo booth works in Ramadan

Ramadan is the month of gatherings: iftar with the family, suhoor with friends, a company iftar with the whole team. People dress up, tables are long and the evenings run late, yet most photos stay on phones. A booth turns one of those nights into a strip guests can hold, with the date and a design made for the occasion.

After the meal, while tea and dessert go round, the booth gives guests a reason to get up and gather. Families step in together, colleagues who rarely meet outside the office share a frame, and everyone leaves with a print within seconds of their session.

Tents, iftars, suhoors and Eid: where the booth fits

Ramadan tents
In a hotel, a club or a compound, a booth near the entrance of the tent catches guests as they arrive and as they leave.
Family and friends’ iftars
At home or in a venue, with the family name or the group’s names on every strip.
Suhoor nights
For friends who meet late, the enclosed booth is a private corner and a print to take home.
Company iftars and suhoors
Your logo and brand colours on every strip, a custom backdrop on request, and an attendant so your team can host.
Eid parties and gatherings
The whole family in their Eid clothes, with an Eid greeting and the date on the strip.

What every Ramadan and Eid booking includes

Your choice of booth
The enclosed booth in The Black or The Red, or the Open booth for big tables and teams.
A strip for the occasion
A Ramadan or Eid theme, your names or your logo, the date and your colours, on a three-frame or four-frame strip.
Prints on the spot
Up to four hours or 216 prints, whichever comes first. For a large tent or company iftar, add prints in packs of 108.
An attendant throughout
A Tru attendant is there before the first guest to set up and test, stays by the booth through iftar or suhoor, and packs away at the end.
Fully offline
No Wi-Fi needed, only one power outlet, which helps in a tent where the signal is weak.
Arabic and English screen
The guest screen works in both languages, for family gatherings and international teams alike.

  • A bespoke concept with AI-rendered artwork, such as a lantern-lit street in old Cairo, on request

How to book for Ramadan or Eid

  1. Send the night’s details

The date, the start and end times of the iftar or suhoor, the venue and city, the type of event and a rough guest count. Booking more than one night? List every date in the same message.

  2. Availability and quote

We check that the booth is free on every date you sent and reply with a clear quote. Outside Cairo, it includes transport.

  3. Approve the design

Send your theme, names or logo. We turn them into a strip design for you to approve before the event.

  4. Ready before guests arrive

We arrive ahead of iftar or suhoor, set up and test, and the attendant runs the booth for the whole booking.

  5. Teardown

We pack everything away at the end. If you added video messages, the clips follow within a week.

Ramadan and Eid photo booth questions

Can you set up a photo booth in a Ramadan tent?

Yes. A tent works when there is a spot of about 2 × 2 metres, a power outlet and access before guests arrive. For an open-air tent, describe it and we confirm whether it works.

Can the strip have a Ramadan or Eid design?

Yes. Every booking includes a custom strip design, so it can carry a Ramadan or Eid theme, your names or logo, the date and your colours.

Do you do company iftars and suhoors?

Yes. Your logo and brand colours go on every strip, a custom backdrop is available on request, and a Tru attendant runs the booth so your team can host.

How long does the booth stay at an iftar or suhoor?

The standard booking runs for up to four hours or until 216 prints, whichever comes first. Tell us when your gathering starts and ends, so those hours cover the busiest part of the night.

Which booth suits a big Eid family gathering?

The Open booth: it has no walls, so the whole family fits in one frame. The closed booth suits smaller groups who want a private corner.

Can our venue keep a booth for the whole of Ramadan?

Ask us. Tru runs permanent and seasonal booths for malls and venues, on terms discussed on request. Message us with the venue and the dates, and we tell you what is possible.

How much is a photo booth for an iftar?

Each event is quoted on its own: the booth, the hours and prints, the location and the date. Send the details on WhatsApp for a clear quote.

Tell us about the night.

Send your date and venue. We reply on WhatsApp with availability, booth options and a quote.
