There is no fixed price list. Every event gets its own quote, built from a few clear details you can send us in one message.

At Tru Booth, the photo booth price is quoted per event, whether it is in Cairo, on the North Coast or in El Gouna. Each quote depends on the booth, the session and prints, any add-ons, the location and the date. Every booking includes a custom strip design, an on-site attendant, setup and teardown. Why every photo booth rental gets its own quote
Most people asking how much a photo booth is want one number. We would rather give you the right one. A wedding in a Cairo hall, a brand event in Sheikh Zayed and a summer party in Sahel need different things, so a single price on a page would be wrong for most of them.
Instead, every quote is built from the same short list of factors below. Send them together and we can reply with a clear quote for your event.
What changes the cost of a photo booth rental
- Which booth
- The Closed Photobooth (enclosed, in The Black or The Red) and the Open Photobooth (no walls, made for big groups) are quoted differently. The Black and The Red share the same package, so that choice is only about the look.
- The session
- A standard booking covers up to 4 hours or 216 prints, whichever comes first. Your event times and guest count tell us whether that is enough.
- Extra prints
- For a big guest list, prints can be added in packs of 108. Each pack is part of the quote, so tell us your guest count early.
- Add-ons
- Video messages (guests record short messages inside the booth) and Tru photobooks are optional. Each one you add is included in the quote.
- Location
- We work across Greater Cairo and Giza, on the North Coast and in El Gouna. Quotes for events outside Cairo include transport.
- The date
- The date is part of every quote, and it tells us whether the booth is free that day.
What every Tru Booth booking includes
Whatever you choose, these are always part of the booking:
- A custom strip design with your names, date and colours, or your logo or monogram
- An on-site Tru attendant for the whole session
- Setup and testing before doors open
- Teardown at the end of the event
- Prints on the spot, within seconds of each session
- A guest screen in Arabic and English
- A booth that runs fully offline, so no Wi-Fi is needed

Send these five details in one message on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form. With all of them, we can reply with a clear quote.
Date
The day of the event, and the start and end times if you know them.
Venue and city
The venue name and the city or area, for example New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed or the North Coast.
Event type
Wedding, engagement or katb ketab, birthday, brand event, or something else.
Guest count
A rough number is enough. It tells us whether 216 prints will cover the event.
Booth preference
The Black, The Red, the open booth, or "not sure yet". Mention any add-ons you are considering, such as video messages or a photobook.
Photo booth price questions
How much is a photo booth in Egypt?
Tru Booth quotes each event separately, because the booth, prints, add-ons, location and date all change the price. Send your details on WhatsApp and we reply with a clear quote.
Why is there no price list on the website?
A single price would be wrong for most events. A quote built for your date and venue is accurate, and getting one takes a single message.
Does choosing The Black or The Red change the price?
Both are the same closed booth on the same package, so pick the finish that suits your venue.
What if we need more than 216 prints?
Add prints in packs of 108. Tell us your guest count when you ask for a quote and we include them.
Are setup and the attendant charged separately?
No. Setup and testing before doors open, an on-site attendant for the whole session, teardown and the custom strip design are part of every booking.
Does the quote include transport?
For events outside Cairo, yes: the quote includes transport. We cover the North Coast and El Gouna, and other cities on request.
Can I use the booth without booking an event?
Yes, at our residencies. At Majarrah Mall in Sheikh Zayed, and at Seashell Hill Walk on the North Coast in summer, walk-up guests pay per print.
