Information we receive

The inquiry form on this website asks for your name and a phone or WhatsApp number, and lets you add an email address, the type of event, the date, the venue or city and a message. With it we receive the address of the page you sent it from and the time it was sent.

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the details and messages you choose to share. If you submit an Instagram or Facebook lead form, Meta collects your answers (usually your name, phone number and type of event) and makes them available to us.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, check availability, discuss your event and prepare a quote. We may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email for that purpose. We do not add you to unrelated marketing because you sent an inquiry, and we do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Website inquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Tru Booth team can open, and a copy is sent to our email inbox as a notification. Google stores and processes them for us as part of its Google Sheets and Gmail services. Meta handles lead form answers under its own privacy policy.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its pages and fonts are served by GitHub Pages, which, like any web server, receives your browser’s IP address when a page loads.

Your choices

You can ask what inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you about your inquiry. Email truphotoboothelghayesh@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
